StealthEmployed.com September Performance Report
OK so I just completed my first official month doing affiliate marketing on the side from my insurance agency. I am going to post some of my results. I am not posting this like John Chow style but instead, look at this as performance results from someone who really is literally just starting in the “make money online” business.
While there are tons and tons of companies to work with online to generate income, I wanted to focus my efforts without going crazy right out of the gates. I signed up with Microsoft Adcenter, Google Adwords and Adsense, and Commission Junction. At this Point MSN Adcenter is just for search marketing. Google provides me with both and marketing medium and PPC medium. Commission Junction allows me to connect with quality advertisers who provide many types of incentives for including their ads in your published content.

So as you can see, I spent$89.82 more than I earned. Ouch! At this point I am proud to point out that I actually broker $100.00 in commission from Commission Junction in my first month as a complete amateur. And my results from Adsense are pretty good. Again remember, THIS IS MY FIRST MONTH “MAKING MONEY ONLINE”!
Obviously I need to work on my click-through rate. I have already gone to Microsoft and Google and paused a whole bunch of my ads. This month I am going to focus more and Affiliate referral products from cj.com and sign up for some other affiliate network sites. Leave a comment if you know a good website I should check out.
