I signed up and added the BlogRush widget to my site less than 36 hours ago. My site is brand new but in 24 hours my site generated 300% increase in RSS subscriptions and a 25% boost to my overall unique hit stats. Considering my site is brand new and it doesnt even know how to crawl yet, that is a big boost.
Everywhere I go in the blogosphere, I see one of these Blog Rush widgets. Check out this 7 day graph from Alexa showing how fast and far their reach is growing:
Blog Rush Under Pressure
Obviously this thing is growing faster than they expected. After seeing all the hype on the web, I logged into my BlogRush account to see what was going on and I see a letter from John Reese, Founder of BlogRush.
“The first 60 hours since we launched the BlogRush public beta has been nothing short of EXPLOSIVE. We knew that we were developing an exciting tool that many bloggers could benefit from, but we had no idea how fast the ‘word’ would spread across the Web.

Based that I see a lot of big time bloggers who know the makers of BlogRush personally hyping their product, I’m sure they’ll hold up under pressure over the next couple of weeks. This thing has only been going for a couple of days so check it out before a million people are already using it.
