So yeah I have been MIA on the blog for a couple of days. I have pretty much been playing Halo 3 for a couple days straight now. But I still have 100’s of hours of gameplay ahead of me.I have been checking out bungie.net where I can see my stats. Ok so late last night I posted that the stats are up. But even since there there has been a lot of activity for my new blog. I wanted to show what the stat system looks like.

Considering the fact that my blog is brand new, I consider these stats to be pretty good. The chart at the top shows 7 days of traffic history. Below you see my credit balance and the number of bloggers my site has referred.

Ok so the BlogRush stats are finally up and running. I can see that I generated a lot of syndication credits. I can also see the at least a couple of visitors to this blog in the last couple of days have also signed up for a BlogRush account. The greatest thing of all is that they haven’t actually even assigned the promo credits yet and I’m pretty sure we’ll be getting a handful of those. Let’s keep this thing rolling. Go check your stats!

I signed up and added the BlogRush widget to my site less than 36 hours ago. My site is brand new but in 24 hours my site generated 300% increase in RSS subscriptions and a 25% boost to my overall unique hit stats. Considering my site is brand new and it doesnt even know how to crawl yet, that is a big boost.

Everywhere I go in the blogosphere, I see one of these Blog Rush widgets. Check out this 7 day graph from Alexa showing how fast and far their reach is growing:

Blog Rush Under Pressure

Obviously this thing is growing faster than they expected. After seeing all the hype on the web, I logged into my BlogRush account to see what was going on and I see a letter from John Reese, Founder of BlogRush.

Based that I see a lot of big time bloggers who know the makers of BlogRush personally hyping their product, I’m sure they’ll hold up under pressure over the next couple of weeks. This thing has only been going for a couple of days so check it out before a million people are already using it.
